I have also used
Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask as a morning moisturizer after my essence, because I love the way it absorbs without any trace of product on the surface of my skin. The lightweight feel is a plus and the fact that I am getting just enough moisture for the day. I can’t express enough how amazing this product is. When I use it as my daytime moisturizer, my powder foundation doesn’t look streaky or pill, because there is no oil or moisture sitting on the surface of my skin, which I have experienced with many other moisturizers that move around on my skin when I’m attempting to buff on powder foundations. Even more, I feel that this mask, when used as a daytime moisturizer, mimics that of a hydrating primer!
Usually, I struggle with finding a good hydrating product that actually absorbs into my skin and doesn’t cause irritation to my sensitive, acne-prone skin. And, because I wear foundation Monday through Friday at work, it is important to me that my makeup doesn’t move around when applying and continues to look fresh throughout the day, which primers can sometimes fail at.
